To say it was the best burger is an understatement. It felt more like a taste explosion. The textures and flavours were divine. The “chips” were roasted potatoes and the coleslaw was delicious. My partner had the buddha bowl. Very flavoursome with each item having a unique flavours. The speculuous cream desert was delicious.

We got into Colmar late and were so very fortunate to find this place still open. The ambience is lovely, the food very original and absolutely sublime! We had the burger and the weekly special, a creative salad/bean/sauces wonder I will think about often. We are very grateful and happy for the whole experience!

Stopped here with my husband and mother in law while visiting Colmar. So so good! The waiter told us the business started with making juice, so we ordered that with our meal and were glad we did! The menu only has three options but we each ordered one of each and tried everything!

Five stars for my 500th veg' restaurant! - Edit
Tabula Rasa is probably the best vegan restaurant in Colmar. It offers a high quality home cooking, freshly and finely prepared. I tried the burger which was really excellent as well as a surprising spinach-pistachio cake! The dishes are generous, the setting is very nice as well as the staff. They also have a good selection of wines. I don't regret having celebrated my 500th veg restaurant there! A must-do in Colmar.

Very nice service😄The vegan Burger was good but I expected a bit more for the high price (18€) I paid. For example selfmade roasted onions and not store bought or self made burger sauce not curryketchup😄but other than that, I had a blast eating there!😄

Onze reis naar Zwitserland maakte dat we voor een tussenstop in Colmar terecht kwamen. Met Happy Cow dit leuke restaurant gevonden! Volledig Vegan met heel veel keus ook als het gaat om drankjes. Heerlijk gegeten!!

Small but super cosy restaurant. Súper friendly hosts. They know their products, know what to recommend and it doesn't dissapoint! Then the food, o my god... We ordered all options from the menu (main course) and all of it was amazing! For what you get, I think the price is fair. Great food, great place (even the toilet is so cozy and clean you do not want to leave), good vibes, due to other reviews I think it is not to expensive for what you get. I really really really recommend this place!

A must visit for vegans in Colmar. Gorgeous little cafe with really friendly staff. The food was so flavoursome and full of wholesome, fresh ingredients. We had the burger, Buddha bowl and the pistachio cake for dessert - we can’t fault any of them.

Lovely little place, outside seating with lots of green that makes you forget the busy road next to it. Food is well prepared and made with attention and passion. We had the burger and green curry, and rhubarb tarte and pear-saffran tiramisu as dessert. They also have their own homemade bottled juices - I recommend trying them.

The price is ok.
Good to know : if you own a Ticket Resto card, they can only charge you 19 euros maximum because they are registered as a shop (because they also seek they own fruits juice) and not as a restaurant

Zwiebeltarte und Zwiebelsuppe, es war sooooo mega fein. Zum Dessert Birnenkuchen unglaublich gut, ich weiss nicht wann ich das letztemal so leckeren Kuchen gegessen habe, die Franzosen wissen wie man kocht und bäckt, und erst noch in biologischer Qualität und vegan! Der Pinot Noir obendrein war auch saulecker.....hier leider keine fotos.

Read moreI had a « buddha bowl », it was as beautiful as tasty, a wonderful mix of colors and textures. Each dish is well explained by the friendly owner. The dessert was original and delicious, not too sweet.
The place is also a shop where different local and less local vegan drinks (with or without alcohol) can be purchase.
