Absolutely Amazing! - Edit
This place is mind blowing! At first I was just excited for Bozeman to get another vegan food truck. Especially one with regular hours instead of just popups at the farmers market.

Not to mention the good cause and amazing philosophy.
They have online ordering through the website (haven’t tried). But at the food truck, they have two kiosks to order from and accept tap pay, card, etc. So simple and stress free to view the menu and order without pressure.
There are two picnic tables covered with a pop up tent for shade/shelter. And a circle of 4 folding chairs around a fire pit. I’ve never had trouble finding a parking spot (they share a lot with another business and there’s about a dozen spots available there and more nearby). Be sure to check out and write an entry in the guest book.
Please, please stop here if they’re open and you’re in town. You will not be disappointed.
Only con is price (maybe?). Entrees are roughly $15 but that’s on par with most Bozeman prices and they are worth it.
PS The smoothie is not only delicious but also a work of art with all the marbled colors

Haleakala sunrise sandwich is amazing, going to have to order multiple next time!! So unbelievably grateful to have a vegan spot in Bozeman. I’ll be back!

Bozeman is in for a treat! - Edit
Tabay’s spirit and positivity is poured into his outstanding food. I had the steakhouse burger — honestly, the best prepared I’ve ever had… bleu cheese, caramelized onions… totally delicious, and pairs perfectly with truffle fries. Tabay’s Mindful Kitchen is doing something special and Bozeman is lucky this food truck rolled into town.

Read moreI enjoyed the Mexican Pizza at Tabay’s Mindful Kitchen food truck. It was a generous portion and a wonderful combination of flavors. I recommend using a fork because it is packed full. It was fun to eat in two layers because the top and bottom layers separate in a good way.
The best part was the texture of the crust. It was browned perfectly and had a light and crunchy texture.
I have enjoyed their food every time I've visited.

The owner was very friendly and open to any questions we had. Food was delicious, we got the fish tacos and fish and chips (seemed a little lighter before sitting on the plane all night).

Delicious Pineapple Burger! - Edit
After reading all the great reviews, I knew I had to try Tabay’s Mindful Kitchen food truck. I ordered the pineapple burgers and lavender lemonade/Persian cherry drink. The burger was incredible - probably the best I’ve had in a while. The only downside is that it took a good 20 minutes for food to be ready, which felt a little long for a food truck. I went back the next day to try more items before flying home but they’re closed Wednesdays 😞

This would have 5 stars if it felt just a little better value for money! I paid 20 dollars for a wrap and a drink which I just think is pretty steep. The wrap was lovely but it did take 20 mins and for the price I would hope the portion would be slightly bigger.

We were starved when we landed in Maui. Rental car agency suggested the food trucks near Costco and this vegan one really hit the spot. Persian and Paradise burgers were great. Didn’t get much of a photo since we ate so fast.

I've been wanting to try this food truck for a while now, and I'm so glad I did. I've always wanted to try a Loco moco, and I'm so happy Tabay's had a vegan version available. It was yummy! I'm a little sensitive to sodium, so it was a bit salty for my taste, but it is meat smothered in gravy, so that's to be expected! The truffle fries were absolutely delicious as well. My sister got the buffalo wings, and I had a bite. They were good too. I'll definitely be back to try more things since there's a wide variety of unique options! The individual running the truck is very kind. Walked out our order to us and waved out the window to say bye and thank you as we left.

This food is exceptional and it is clear that it is made with love. Don’t let the fact that it is plant based scare you into thinking that all they serve is lettuce. This food is packed full of flavor. The buffalo chicken wings were everything I love about Buffalo wings with none of the guilt. The fish tacos were out of this world good and my wife loved the Mexican pizza. If you’re looking for an extra treat, and want to splurge a little the fried Oreo is absolutely delicious. I absolutely cannot wait to come back to try the Persian burger and the chicken waffle sandwich made with a maple aïoli. Remember always support local.

Set in a food truck park, Tabay’s was an excellent choice! Unfortunately closing up shop for the next month, but this is a must visit when he returns. A huge menu, we enjoyed the fish tacos and crispy chick’n sandwich. Very yummy, super fresh! The owner is a gem, what a delightful place! Made our experience in Maui even better. #Veganuary

100% vegan food truck that is definitely worth a visit! We had the Fish Tacos, Human Style Fries (like California’s “In and Out” fries, but better!), Hawaiian burger, and soft serve, which were all delicious. To top it all off, Tabay and Sahel are incredibly kind. Wish we had found them earlier in our trip to give them another visit.
