Solid lunch/happy hour spot! - Edit
I got two street tacos—enselada (cabbage, avocado, etc) and Veggie. I also got a side of black beans and the guacamole was legit (get the large!). Not a ton of vegan options in Boulder (!), but this is a good compromise, esp if you have carnivores with you.

Cons: Serves meat and they plated meat with vegan!, Need more vegan options esp ones with protein, Hope they add Seitan, tofu and jackfruit!

Yummy tacos and great staff - Edit
Super friendly staff and delicious tacos! I subbed guac for cheese in the mushroom taco and it was delicious, albeit messy. The veggie one was great as is.
