Very nice place in a food court offering many vegan options, mostly fast food but really nice. I would love if they had their own venue!

A fusion of flavors - Edit
A great casual spot with friendly informative manager to guide you through the menu. We tried pad Thai, eggplant tacos and a burrito and all were quite lovely.

Große Vielfalt an leckeren Speisen - Edit
Symbiosis ist ein kleines nettes Schmuckstück an der Pazifik-Küste. Mitten im kleinen Örtchen Nosara habe ich eine solche Auswahl an leckeren Speisen nicht erwartet. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und ebenfalls mit 5 Sternen zu bewerten.

I had the cashew Mac and cheeze and the fried mushroom calamari and it was all delicious. They have craft beer and cold homemade chocolate bars.

This place is special. Very cute unassuming location in the Gabi market with delicious food and great service. The fish taco was the best vegan fish I’ve ever had. Nosara turns out to be quite vegan friendly and this place is do not miss!

New vegan spot in Guiones, check it out! - Edit
We just found this place inside Gabi’s “shopping centre”, it opened in May 2021 and it’s all vegan! The staff is super nice and vegans, and portions are pretty big for a reasonable price. We ordered the supreme with fries (like ground veef and cheese loaded fries), mango “chicken” tacos (the portion are 2 tacos) and mac and cheese (might have added some more cheese on it in my opinion, but overall was all super good!
