Go-to vegan salad - Edit
My go-to vegan salad with lots of protein is a build your own with kale, quinoa, double serving broccoli, double serving sweet potato, hot chickpeas, hot sauce and spicy cashew dressing. It’s a lot cheaper than all the other salads too.

I've always used delivery, which arrives consistently between 20 and 30 minutes, the variety and flexibility means that anyone in your party can get exactly the salad as a full meal that they dream of, produce is always fresh and delicious, the price reasonable, and it's almost effortless. the recyclable bowls are also ergonomically perfect--i wish they were available for sale as china :)

Went there the last time I arrived to Santa Monica from Portugal after a very very long flight. It's a simple and fast option that is also healthy and tasty. My first experience with Sweetgreen was in Boston and I became a fan, unfortunately I didn't find the Santa Monica Sweetgreen as good as the Boston one, it was quite ok, don't get me wrong, but I felt something was missing, both in the venue and the salad itself, maybe the lettuce wasn't as crispy or the avocado wasn't as ripe. Still, it's a very nice option if you are in Santa Monica and just want to grab a quick salad.

We LOVE Sweetgreens and have always had a wonderful experience. Delicious salads and friendly staff. There are plenty of vegan add on options such as: tofu, beans, lentils, brown rice and a large variety of fresh vegetables. There are also about 4 vegan salad dressings.

This is a good place to make your own salad. It's too bad they aren't just all vegan so you could enjoy all their items, but it's an easily modified menu and voila, it's vegan. The bread is boring and the salad dressings are overbearing so skip those.
