Vegan options, new to Tuscan Village

Decent amount of vegan options including the dressings. Recommend if you’re in the area!

Pros: Tofu, warm and cold veggies , Customizable , Vegan dressings

Cons: It’s not fully vegan lol

Excellent food

We had lunch here shortly after it opened. Friendly staff, a decent selection. Worth the trip!
