attention to detail - Edit
This is a fabulous cafe. There is an assortment of lovely food to eat and the chai tea is very nice indeed. The kitchen looks very clean and there is a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are friendly.

I will never go back - Edit
Sunspace regularly have a petting zoo for children's entertainment and were not at all interested in people's complaints or the treatment of animals. The petting zoo has an atrocious reputation.

Cons: Have regular petting zoo, Should be removed from a vegan website

not ethical in the slightest. 1 star - Edit
sunspace are having a petting zoo today at the cafe even after numerous complaints and concerns from local vegetarians and vegans. As a vegetarian cafe, you think they would know better and not want to exploit animals for entertainment/kids amusement? they said its for education but they can educate in other ways that dont involve a petting zoo. Not going back.

Lovely setting, average food - Edit
Very nice, expansive setting. Cafe is on the lower floor of a large house and is clean and airy. You can sit outside or inside. Full marks for presentation.
Read moreStaff were also helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately, the cafe's not vegan, although they do have a range of vegan options. On the day my friend and i visited, though, my friend found their range a bit limited. While i only had a smoothie and juice, the choices here were also limited. Both of us found their food and drinks acceptable but unremarkable.

Such a lovely space - Edit
Although Sunspace isn't that great for vegan dessert and snack options, they do have a lot of meals/entrees. There's always a daily main that's vegan and most options on the menu are vegan, with the choice of adding dairy/honey/egg.
Read moreI had the privilege of volunteering here and they went out of the way to accommodate me and make me feel welcome, especially foodwise. The atmosphere is so inviting and full of flowers, sunlight, and smiling faces. It's a very welcoming place where you can relax and feel comfortable.
The quality of the ingredients is the highest, with a lot of fresh veg from the garden and otherwise organic and biodynamic. They don't even have a microwave, so you know the food is fresh. There is also an attached eco-store with coconut yoghurt and ice cream, and a bulk section and produce.
Pros: Lovely people, Vegan Blondie, Yummy Smoothies
Cons: Very egg centric

Beautiful Space - Edit
Sunspace is a joy to visit. There is so much lovely seating to choose from that seats all around an old German style house. There is so much life here. As for vegan food - there is not a great deal, but there are options on the menu. Simple and fresh, they also serve some vegan treats.
