Found by Mistake - Edit
I actually stumbled upon Suecakes by mistake. Sue is in the spot of a juice bar that I used to regularly frequent, and they moved without me knowing. One day I went to my tried and true Juice bar to find Suecakes had replaced them. They offer some amazing vegetarian and vegan options. Their baked goods are truly out of this world, and they have some great juicing options as well. I definitely recommend stopping in, if you find yourself in the Belfast area, you will not regret it.

Everything is vegan! - Edit
Was excited to find an all vegan bakery in such a small town! We shared a Whoopie pie and a salted caramel cupcake. Owner and staff were both really friendly. We sat outside on the bench to have our food but the indoor was nice also.

Mmmmm - Edit
Passing through Belfast, we made it a point to stop at Suecakes for both sweet and savory takeaway. We stopped in at the end of the baking day, so a lot of items were sold out, and we would definitely try again next time we are in town for the donuts and savory pies. We ordered a smoothie that was delicious and perfect, and took away a scone, english muffin, and whoopie pie. The whoopie pie was the most impressive and unique, and the english muffin and scone were best enjoyed gently warmed in the toaster oven (not so good the next morning straight out of the fridge). We can't wait to return!

Good Cupcakes - Edit
It is challenging to find vegan sweet treats and doubly challenging to find them gluten-free. The trifecta is having them taste good. Well Sue did it! The shop also has a couple of comfy hammocks (unique) that I sat and ate my cupcake in. The only con was the price. If you are a vegan in Belfast this is a must taste.
