With limited choices in the city, this is probably its best kept secret. A packed buffet, all you can eat with delicious options, everyone should find something because you have the option to go full-on raw or all out greasy.

Cheapest Buffet I’ve Ever Seen 🤯 - Edit
We paid $2.83 USD for this buffet, and I still don’t understand how that’s even possible. The amount of dishes they offer is unreal for the price. I’ve definitely had better Chinese food elsewhere, but they still had some solid options. My favorites were the steamed dumplings, the wonton soup, and the spicy grilled tofu.

The place was packed with locals, and a lot of them were staring at us, probably because they aren’t used to tourists coming here. Overall, it’s a cool, super local experience and absolutely worth checking out!

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Chongqing. Considering vegan options are super limited in Chongqing, this place saved my trip. In October 2025 you got a plate for 20¥ and have an all-you-can-eat buffet. The price to food ratio is insane. There are many different options and everyone can find something to their liking. I went with two omnivore friends and they also left the place happy. Only when you don't empty your plate you theoretically have to pay a "fine" in the end, although this was not policed in our case.

Brilliant value buffet food, 20rmb for all you can eat and very tasty. Plenty of options and even a cat to greet you sometimes! Slightly tricky to find though, head up the green elevator and press the button highlighted in another reviewers photos and it's right in front of you.

Best Vegan Buffet in ChongQing - Edit
I love this place, it’s located in the middle of shopping center. A bit hard to find coz it located at the 4th floor. Unlimited food to eat, I suggest just try a bit first to taste so we are not wasting the food. Not allowed to waste food, food is precious. I wonder how they can make money from this business. The price is just, OMG. I’m willing to donate if they allowed to support more people to be a vegetarian.

Extremely good value for money. Went for weekday lunch so no queues to get in. Spicy tofu dishes, dumplings, stuffed baos and fried rice were good. Dessert and drink were not to my taste, thought they were bland.

They are open for lunch and dinner (the latter starts at 5:20pm, with dozens of people queuing up to get their plates). It is extremely busy and noisy. Not my cup of tea, but it’ll appeal to those after a cheap meal. There certainly is plenty of choice! It’s also very tasty. The tannoy keeps reminding everyone not to waste food (with dire consequences if done). There are public toilets outside, accessible through the back elevator.

There’s a lot of dishes to choose from, but in my opinion most of them tasted similar or very bland. But if you show the voucher you’ll pay just 20 Yuan so it’s alright. They have a lot of raw veggies for salads and some of the dishes are really good!

I had to come back a second time. I paid 20 yuan ( /- 2.50 USD) for unlimited vegan food. Including fruit and dessert. There are a lot of people at peak time, but it’s such a reliable place in Chongqing.

We must of went during peak lunch rush because the buffet was pumping full of people at 12:30 pm on a weekday.

A five star plus was it being the first Buddhist (I think) place so far we have visited in China that had a cold drink (cold lemon tea).

We went there shortly before closing time. The buffet still had all the food one could wish for. Thanks to the photos from other users we were able to find the correct elevator to the restaurant.
