very small spot, closed between lunch and dinner, nothing special but there if you're nearby and hungry.
I think the English speaking veg eaters of Taipei have given up on keeping Happy Cow up to date, there are so many random little spots like this! I'm adding them as I find them because you never know when you need an emergency veg meal nearby.
