Excellent Coffee & Vegan Breakfast Burrito - Edit
I love Stumptown and order their beans regularly so it was really cool to go to a cafe in person! Bonus was the delicious vegan breakfast burrito that they had, as well as a vegan orange muffin.

Best Matcha and bonus treats - Edit
This was the best Matcha I had on my recent trip to Portland. They take the time to whisk it properly and no sweetener if you don't want it. Lots of vegan pastries, cookies and scones too.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and lots of delicious vegan items from Shoofly Bakery. I had the vegan breakfast sandwich (a staple of the cafe and not from the Shoofly) and the current special, Coraline's coconut cream cold brew.

I ordered a vegan breakfast sandwich, a thyme iced tea, and a double chocolate cookie. The breakfast sandwich includes an Impossible sausage patty, tomato jam, arugula pesto, and "mozzarella." However, I noticed actual arugula, but no pesto or cheese. It was still pretty good, though. The thyme gave the iced tea a refreshing flavor. The double chocolate cookie was doubly enjoyed by my partner and me.

Was so surprised that oat milk is the default for their drinks! They also don’t charge extra for alternative milks. They had a delicious vegan breakfast sandwich. Lots of space to chill while drinking.
