Strings Ramen 🍜 - Edit
It was not as good the next time I went and, in fact, I only ate 25% of it because the noodles were so hard and the broth was so salty… That says a lot coming from someone who salts everything. Downgraded this to a three from a four.

This location just added two vegan ramens to their menu...TWO! I tried the miso ramen (there is also a shoryu) and it was solid. The broth was very flavorful and one I could slurp for days. I loved the green ramen noodles, although, they could have been a tad more firmer.
Would I eat here again? You bet I would! Especially on a cold winter day.

Few vegan options, but delicious! - Edit
There are only maybe two vegan options. I got the vegan shoyu ramen (you have to specify vegan). It was delicious! Great place to go with friends.

Hell yeah, Vegan Hell Ramen - Edit
Lots of vegan choices including heat level. Had the Vegan Hell Ramen #2. The heat level was perfect for my Sadistic or is it Masochistic whichever is the one that is self inflicted pain. My mouth felt on fire but not ridiculously on fire. The kale noodz were flavorful. Can’t wait to go back!
