The pastries are so perfectly flaky it's heavenly. Definitely recommend the empanadas and pastelitos. The guava and cream cheese was my favorite. And the cheesecake was such a treat.

We tried a number of vegan places in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area and this was our absolute favorite. Delicious smash burgers, hot chicken sandwiches, and ham and cheese and guava and cheese empanadas. Great service and a cute spot too. We will be back!

I love this place and always stop by when I’m in the area. This time I had a ham and cheese pastelito, strawberry shortcake cupcake, guava and cheese pastelito (my favorite thing I got!), and a spinach empanada. Everything was delicious. It’s also clean and nice in the place and the people working there are always kind. ❤️

Everything we tried from the empanadas to the hot maple chicken sandwich to the key lime pie and croissants were absolutely phenomenal. The man who helped us was polite and gave good suggestions! 10/10 I wish I could come here everyday. Absolutely not to be missed when you're in the area.

Food is really good, and it’s great to find such a gem of a vegan spot conferring the lack of options around.
Read moreHowever, the sustainability here is severely lacking: it’s single use plastic EVERYWHERE, even if you order to stay. Most deserts (key lime pie, brownie, etc) come in a plastic box and I saw countless pickup orders going out in plastic bags. As a vegan for the animals and the planet, it’s hard to see this. If you’re reading, please do better.

Had a fantastic little lunch delivered for me, my mom and my aunt, who are not vegan. Got a couple large soups to share, and a breakfast sandwich, the beef pastelito and the ham and chz, which I cut up for us all to share. We loved it all, and especially the desserts! That dulce la leche chz cake was outta this world!

We split a few things and my, non-vegan but is happy to try hubby, devoured most of everything. The sausage they use is fantastic and they are not skimpy on the "egg" either. Hubby enjoyed the deluce de Leche cupcake as well. Highly recommend Stephanie's!!!

We enjoyed our BLT Cobb salad, although it did not include bacon or chick peas like advertised, but rather some beyond beef looking protein. Our pastries were tasty (would highly recommend the Beef Pastelito over the Cheeseburger EMP). I started my order from their website and realized it was pick up only so had to switch to Uber eats and the options were different (and more expensive, which I understand), but I couldn't get the blueberry muffin that was on their website, couldn't get our salad tossed. We ordered 2 raw brownies and one was very dark brown (almost black) and the other was light brown, so it must have been two different batches, but consistency there would have been preferred so I didn't have to wonder. Overall, for the price we were not 100% satisfied.

Stephanie’s Vegan Bakery and Cafe is the BOMB! - Edit
So glad to have discovered yet another great vegan cafe! We ordered delivery, and were not disappointed with the food we received. We had the guava pastry which was huge and filled with a not-so-sweet-but-just-right guava filling. The bean and cheese quesadilla was awesome (we ordered with extra "cheese"). The black bean tacos were served in a neat little, compostable taco box which kept them both separate and together (they were delicious). And the "cheeseburger" empanadas were absolutely addictive - we ordered four and ate all four at once! Great place!!! We have to visit them in person some time!!
