Typically Swiss, including the vegan option - Edit
Many restaurants resort to an Indian curry for their vegan option. This traditional Swiss restaurant stays true to itself by offering Rösti (a Swiss kind of hash browns) with vegetables. No other declared options, though, but you might get lucky with salad and dessert.
