Disappointed - Edit
We were so excited to find a conveniently located place that had pancakes that were both vegan and GF, since my daughter and I both have Celiac. They had a separate griddle for the vegan gluten free pancakes. Yeah! I stepped away for a moment, and came back and saw that they were cooking an egg on that griddle. They said that they kept it separate, ie, eggs in the front corner, pancakes on the rest of the dedicated griddle. Yet they had the spatula used for flipping the pancakes, right where the egg had been cooking. There are a lot of topping options and I got raspberries. One of the raspberries have a live bug crawling on it and when I was mostly done eating my pancakes, I noticed a piece of hair underneath a pancake on my plate. It was definitely not my hair, and it was likely an eyelash. Finally, the pancakes had a bit of an odd taste. Even though the pancakes are cooked away from the area where they cook the eggs on the griddle, I suspect that’s what I was tasting since the spatula was right next to where they were cooking the eggs. I told them about the bug on the raspberry and they gave me one raspberry to replace the one that had the bug. I didn’t even tell them about the hair. I was mostly done eating at that point.

Loads of vegan options. - Edit
Double stack is more than filling enough. Our non vegan friend preferred our pancakes over his non vegan one. Very fluffy. You can build your own so the options are varied and the staff were helpful and vegan options was no fuss.
