Good Food, Great Selection

I visited this buffet a couple of years ago, and while it's not cheap, I was very satisfied with the nice atmosphere (though quite large and crowded), the variety, and the quality. Lunch service also ended while I was eating, so I simply hung around and waited for them to bring out the dinner items, and tried a few of those, too.

Pros: Freshness, Variety, Friendly staff

Cons: Crowded, A bit pricey

Grand dining buffet style

If you go here, it's good to go hungry and to plan to stay for at least an hour. It's like a party for your palate, so why rush it? There is so much to enjoy and savor, you will be at the food hot, cold, dessert, salad, soup, and/or beverage stations at least 4 times. You have to serve yourself for beverages, but, hey, that makes it easy to get what you want - tea, coffee, water?

There is a lot of seating at this location, and it's popular, so the food has a high turnover rate. Great choices for salad and fruit, as well as order-your-own dishes of sautéed veggies. There are pre-made dishes of tofu, mushrooms, roots and veggies that are hot and cold. Pickled dishes are plentiful. Fake fish is here, too. I am pretty sure there is no onion or garlic here for the Buddhist community to easily consume the food without worries.

The longer you are here, the more you can try - like most of the other high end buffets, as a dish is emptied, another one will be made to replace it. Usually, it's different than anything else you've already seen/ eaten in your meal.

No need to bus your own table.

Plenty of soups, too, if you're into that kind of food. As others have said, it's got tons of vegan food, just not as plentiful for the dessert choices - fruit is good, though!

Pros: Veg, Many choices, High turnover of food

Cons: Not all vegan, Too much food to eat!, Pricey

High end vegetarian buffet

Spring is on the third floor of an office building. They offer a high end "all you can eat" buffet. The offering range from various soups to salads and dressings to a host of mains, side dishes and desserts. If you want to taste a bit of many Taiwanese and Chinese dishes, then this is the place for you. Please note that they will use eggs, milk and cheese.

Pros: Huge verity, assistants will offer special dishes

Cons: High price, not romantic

great for family reunion

It could be pricy for Taiwanese, but it's all you can eat. Noodles, soup, fresh vegetables, salad, cakes, dim sum, etc. it's way better than Souplantation in the States.

Pros: healthy, fresh, full of choices

Cons: pricy

Great buffet

Had a fantastic dinner here with my partner. The buffet spread was extensive - there were easily over 20 dishes in each of the cold and hot food stations, accompanied by numerous made-to-order dishes, couple of soups, drinks, fruits, and a whole dessert corner with all kinds of baked goods and ice-cream. Food was very tasty, light in oil, and completely MSG-free. Labels were in Chinese only. Most things were vegan with the exception of the desserts, where all but one contained no dairy or eggs. I saw designated scoops for vegan ice-cream, but since none of it was labeled, I didn't have any. Price was TWD 600 plus 10% service charge per person for dinner and a little less for lunch, what an amazing bargain!

Pros: selection, value

Cons: vegan dessert options
