- Vegetarian since 2003, no red meat or seafood for years before that. I have an immune disorder that causes allergic reactions to commonly eaten foods, so I'm supposed to be on a gluten- and soy-free vegan diet, but it's proving pretty impossible in Tokyo. It's a damn shame that all my favourite restaurants in Seoul have closed, too. D8
