The food is all very fresh, leans toward healthy, light, and vegan or "can be made vegan" with many options. Their Sunshine Bliss Smoothie is fantastic and so bright! Their Vegan Lentil Soup is very flavorful. They have a Vegan BLT and a Green Glow power bowl with fruit. A lot of their salads can be made vegan very easily. They sell humorous T-Shirts at their store with and are very motivated and fun! Their staff and owner ask for suggestions. This is a new place downtown and has the liveliness Decatur needs!

Spread N Buns is now a seasonal restaurant, closing from January 1, 2026 until March 2026. We need more Decatur residents to partake of their fresh food downtown! What other restaurant has five delicious vegan soups!
