Tiny portions, proudly serves sacrificed animals - Edit
Saw the great reviews and thought I’d give this place a try. The menu is kind of confusing. Everything is so similar it’s hard to discern what the differences are. They have a vegan menu with only a few options. There are more vegan options on the menu but it’s not a place where you can easily customize. Kind of annoying. At Cava you can add whatever you want to a bowl and I much prefer that over a set menu.
Read moreI ordered a rice/quinoa bowl and it was a teeny tiny kid size portion. I ate it in just a few bites.
I also got the sweet potato fries and they were very good. The tahini sauce is oily.
They proudly serve halal meat and as a vegan I reject all forms of animal sacrifice so unfortunately I will not be coming back here.
Cons: Small portion, Overpriced, Limited menu

Good food, very understaffed - Edit
I had the vegan gyro with falafel, which was quite good. Oftentimes falafel is too dry, but this one was well cooked. My partner had the vegan Domer Bowl, which he said was “OK”. Overall, not bad for fast casual, but like many places these days the restaurant was sorely understaffed and multiple tables had not been cleared through mostly our entire visit,, those that had were still not wiped down, and floors had dirty napkins and leftover food on them.

Amazing delicious options - Edit
The food here was incredible. I got the vegan gyro and my partner got the vegan doner bowl. Everything was fresh and really tasty. Cool vibe, food came quickly, and we were really impressed by the quality. The have a separate vegetarian menu with a note that many items can be made vegan. Highly recommend!

Tasty fast-casual Mediterranean street food - Edit
First East Coast location for this fast-casual Mediterranean street food chain (opened March 2024). Also offers local craft beers and cocktails.
Read moreThe separate vegan menu has several different options, ranging from wraps to bowls, salads and platters.
We tried the vegan Doner Basket, which contains salad (options of lemon tahini or balsamic dressing), fries (sweet potato and/or regular), tzatziki, pepperoncini, onion, green pepper, cucumber, tomato, crispy garbanzos, falafel balls, olives, fried pita and hummus. Quite tasty and portions are fairly large. Prices are moderate, at least for this area. Friendly staff.
Pros: Multiple vegan menu options, Friendly serving staff, Large portions
