More than just delicious tofu - Edit
Got the freshly fried mushroom and vermicelli tofu, and oh my. It was DELICIOUS, and delicately salted.
Read moreAlso got some unfried tofu for later.
The shop has heaps of frozen and canned goods for sale, and also some Vietnamese takeaway meals for eg. bun bo hue, and pho.

Out of the way and out of the ordinary - Edit
Not your everyday tofu shop, if there were such a thing. Hidden in the Braybrook industrial area off Ballarat road, Soyfoo might look a little bare but the food has to be tasted to be believed.
Read moreThere's a small indoor seating area if you're keen to eat a meal of tofu on site, but all items are packaged for takeaway. The main attraction is the fried tofu, which is available hot or cold. We got the mushroom and lemongrass cubes which were delicious - we'll definitely be back for more.

Couldn't stop at just one - Edit
The mushroom vermicelli tofu is amazing! Delivered while it was still warm, it was so fresh and delicately seasoned. I had to have a taste as it arrived and before I knew it, I was half way through the pack. I also bought plain fried tofu which was good too.

I would highly recommend supporting this small business who make tofu from scratch. My experience with them has been positive. Although I was not in their delivery area, they made a detour (during lockdown) and delivered to my home. Communication is great.
Who wouldn't want fresh tofu?!
