Had a butter chick’n burger (months ago!! 😂), but it was the best burger that I had so far. The cauliflower bites were also good but a bit salty.

Soul Burger is always satisfying and the burgers are fresh, filling and delicious. The Parramatta store has changed from its original location and it’s closer to the train station with trendy-looking decor. A must visit for burger lovers!

I used to love soul burger but lately I've lost a little trust. As a below review stated, they have milk in some of their products. The staff said they are unsure if it's an ingredient or allergen (how can you not know?) they also now serve the "impossible" brand as an option which yes is plant based but it's not vegan. Burger was good, but pretty sloppy and hard to eat! Super tasty though. Choc milkshake was amazing though. Would still eat here, but just not as good as once was

Not actually 100% vegan - Edit
We were deceived today believing that Soul Burger was 100% vegan. Due to motto on their website like "Wholly 100% plant based without compromise" and " the end (of animal products)" at the bottom of their website.
Read moreWe ordered the caramel milkshake and was really excited to find out what brand they used, only to find out it has milk products in the caramel syrup. We approached the lady working at the Paramatta store asking if we could swap the one we ordered for a different shake like strawberry as we didn't realise the caramel wasn't vegan. The only response was "but I already made it", after clarifying that I was unaware of the different allergens and I couldn't have the milk product in the caramel she continued to make it and bring it to my table saying it was too late.
I manage a restaurant in the Sunshine Coast and I am just appaled at the service this lady provided. I didn't mind the fact that they had it on the menu (although there should be clarification) but a simple swap for the other shake would have been nice enough, rather than still bringing it to my table after I already said I cannot have it, without even being apologetic. As if me spending $70 on a meal and drinks at her store was a burden to her.

Soul Burger has always been innovative and striving to improve. The vegan food keeps getting better (including their specials). My all time faves are their signature fries, chicken nuggets, churros, SB cheese sauce and their milkshakes (much better than regular milkshakes). Today I’ve tried their new mac and cheese croquettes and it was amazing!
