Good in a pinch

I had the shitaake roll and the tofu roll. I was surprised that the tofu roll wasn’t really seasoned at all. Overall, the meal was fine, but not the best

Better option at DTW

Average Japanese food, for an airport that it is pretty good. The veggie special roll was good, as well as the gyoza. The tempura has egg (many Japanese restaurants do not use egg). It was a bit expensive for the food that we got.

Normal Japanese, fine

I didn’t see anything especially vegan here, just the usual veggie rolls. Kimchi probably has fish or shrimp in it. Perfectly fine, standard Japanese options.
