Nice raw vegan

Yummy raw vegan food! The staff wasn’t the greatest but they were not rude

Wonderful little place

I was in Rome for one week at a conference but only managed to make it here on my very last day. I turned out to be pouring rain (first time all week) and I took a taxi from my hotel to Solo Crudo. Because it usually serves people sitting on tables outside, and because this was the first time it was pouring rain since they opened earlier in the summer, it was the first time that they set up a small table for me inside their tiny restaurant. Everyone there is super nice. They are young people who want to make a difference, and want to adhere to an inspiring sustainable business model. The food was excellent: everything I tried was excellent. The prices are very reasonable compared to many raw foods places I've been and their food was generally much more original than what I've seen, which, frankly speaking, tends to always be the same kinds of things no matter where you go in the world. So, if you appreciate raw foods, you have to have a meal here.

healthy and delicious

It is out of the way from the tourist places but is worth the trip if you are looking for something healthy and raw. I would suggest you to try the vegan sushi. the staff is very friendly. the menu on the wall is partly in English. though there is no actual descriptions given.

Great Vegan Stuff in Rome

Following Happy Cow I had seceral options to eat vegan next tomy hotel in Rome. Having chosen Solo Crudo was certainly a veeery good choice: Sushi, Gnocchi and Bavarese were MARVELLOUS! The Roman (!) Lilium Chardonnay amazing. The Team is great, friendly and always available for questions as well as open for different wishes/variations of the dishes. I absolutely enjoyed being here and can highly recommend to go here.
