Beautiful place but limited vegan choices - Edit
Sole Insight is a very cute bar/restaurant and a perfect spot for a drink with friends or even a romantic date. However, I wouldn’t say it is the best place for vegans to eat. They have few vegan options, but quite limited and nothing more than the typical Lebanese mezze (hommus, baba ganush and co.) that you can find anywhere else. I would recommend this place for a drink after work but not necessarily as a place for eating.

Excellent food - Edit
It was my first night in Beirut. I sat outside it was warm and beautiful and the other people at the the restaurant were super friendly. I had the stufffed peppers and cabbage one of the daily specials so good and eggplant stuffed with walnuts and peppers excellent. Wish I had had room for more The owner was really nice and made a special small order of the eggplants for me
