Tasty affordable food in convenient location. - Edit
I usually don’t find food court vegan food very well. This one is and exception. Menu is vast, food tasty and stand is very eye-catching.

Food stall in shopping mall with lots of vegan choices - Edit
Couldn't decide what to have, so we over ordered. Everything was delicious, although we did choose lots of deep fried dishes!

Cheap and good - Edit
Lots of pros. Cheap. Open relatively late. Good food.
Read moreNot even sure what we ended up ordering, but everything we tried was spot on. Our friends that live in Thailand brought us and they commented on the authenticity of the dishes.

Great pad Thai! - Edit
I came here in desperate search of vegan food just as they were about to close. Thankfully, they made me a delicious pad Thai that was fresh and tasty! Truthfully, most of the veggie pad Thai I had in Bangkok was subpar, including a Grab delivery from a So Vegan location. However, when made fresh, it was great!

Loads of choice - Edit
Absolutely tons of choice on their menu, with probably every Thai curry you could think of. The khao soi was very tasty with a creatively made fake chicken drumstick. Pricey compared to street food but given it's vegan and in a shopping mall, not bad at all.

Delicious Thai Food - Edit
During our stay we visited So Vegan several times. It was always a good choice for good and fast food.
Read moreThey have a large menu and also some dishes you can order directly in the store window.
Friendly stuff.
Its loced directly in the Shopping Mall I'm Chinatown.
We can recommend Khao Soi.
Some dishes are spicey - but they understand a little bit English and will tell you when its spicey when you ask for it. Unfortunately some dishes and drinks were not orderable because they were out of stock several days.
Pros: Delicous vegan food, Large menu, Fast

Ok - Edit
Very affordable vegan food, good selection to choose from. It’s inside a shopping mall. Portions are not so big. For this price range it’s a good restaurant.

Pretty meh - Edit
I’m not one for giving all vegan restaurants not such great reviews, but: the food was not super nice and with that being said I only got the satay and a hot dog, but neither of them were much good; the staff seemed quite bored which was saddening and after eating my food I felt quite sick for the rest of the day. I would say go there if you would like, but I am sure there are better vegan options close by.

Can’t complain about anything but the shopping mall atmosphere. The food is flavorful and affordable! Always get takeout due to the location

No fuss relatively cheap vegan food! - Edit
Very nice food in a part of town where it’s otherwise difficult to find vegan food (or in my experience anyway…), also inside mall so AC allows you to escape the heat!

Loved it - Edit
Very friendly service
Read moreIt’s a self service spot of a chain. They’re located on 1st floor right upstairs to the right when getting into the center
You can order off the menu with dishes such as curry, stir fry and also burger (which I wouldn’t try honestly haha).
The food from the display window is delicious and so cheap. I had two dishes without rice for 60thb. It was a spicy pepper stir fry dish with tofu and pineapple sweet sour and a bit spicy
Loved it and can’t wait to come back
Staff was friendly! No free water here
Pros: Delicious and cheap

Great food stall in I'm Chinatown - Edit
Over my 5 1/2 months in Bangkok I became a huge fan of the different So Vegan branches.
Read moreThey all sell a rice buffet with the dishes on display in the window. Depending on which branch you visit, English will be spoken better or worse. Basic communication should be possible at all of them though.
There are many different dishes, changing on a daily basis with some being available each day. A few of my favourites are Kaeng som, Massaman, Pad Kra Pao and the tofu - mushroom mix. Some are quite spicy, overall I found all to be very tasty.
Rice + your choice of 3 toppings from the pre cooked dishes is 60 THB.
The portions are not huge but I found it to be enough usually.
They also have some different dishes which they cook fresh for you, including Som Tam and other salads, fresh Kra Pao, some soups and many more. Also very tasty.
Even though the quality of the food for sure isn't top notch, I still very much enjoyed my many visits to all their branches.
I can't recommend their Western menus, I only once tried the burger, which I found okay to be fair.
But I overheard quite a few foreigners usually being not very happy with their orders of Western menus.
Stick to the Thai menus and I'm sure you will enojy your visit as well.
Depending on the time of visit, the branches might be quite crowded, especially the ones in On Nut and Ekkamai.
I've never eaten the "original" meaty version of the Thai dishes, but I came here with some omni Thai friends who all told me most of the menus really taste like the versions with meat.
Pros: local Thai food, very cheap, cheap and fair Thai prices
Cons: Can't recommend the Western dishes, Not a normal restaurant, more like a food stall, Limited seating

Great food, worth the visit(s) - Edit
We came here a couple of times as the food was so yummy. Service was a bit average on the first visit but really good on the second. The food was great on both visits and is really well priced! We particularly enjoyed the Pad Thai and the Spring Rolls, but I think you'd likely enjoy everything!
Read moreIf any of your food isn't hot enough, there's a microwave on the table beside where you pay - just chuck it in there for 30 seconds and you should be all good.
They're pretty easy to find. Once you're inside by KFC, head upstairs to the second floor. They have a few tables and chairs for 'dining in' (they're part of a food court type area), there's chopsticks, forks and spoons and, if desired, there's a caddy with chili vinegar, sugar, chilli powder and something else (? 🤔).
Pros: Tasty food, Well priced

Cheap and rather tasty - Edit
Many traditional Thai dishes, huge selection for such a small food stall. Had trouble finding it at first, its really not that well visible. I had spring rolls bc the dumplings were already finished and a stir fry which were both fine. I didn't like the pumpkin juice and had the feeling they had only very unusual drinks (from my cultural perspective).

Cheap Junkfood - Edit
All their dishes are already made and kept hot in their glass vitrine. It was incredibly cheap and filled us up but didn't feel healthy, rather the contrary. It good for a very quick meal I guess
