Finally fresh vegan food in Carson - Edit
Salad bar plus fresh pressed juice, morning warm muesli, plant milks, date sugar, kombucha on tap, but the best part is their homemade salad dressings. I am not usually a fan of creamy dressings but the vegan ranch is the best dressing/ spread I have ever tasted. A bit of a kick, thick, and such a large portion took it home and had enough for two more salads. Super fast casual, you pick your toppings including a protein source. Soups, too. Carson City finally has a place to get fresh, organic, healthy and fulfilling food.
