Brilliant vegan options

Really friendly and helpful staff, with a lot of enthusiasm for the menu.
Vegan options include cauliflower steak, tofu satay bao, supergreen salad, snake beans, and wedges. I particularly recommend the sauteed snake beans. While we didn't try it, there were vegan sorbets on the dessert menu.
The atmosphere is really good and we were able to book at 7pm for an 8 pm sitting on a Saturday.

Pros: The vegan sides, The native botanical inspired drinks, Friendly Staff

Cons: Perhaps needs a second vegan main option

Happy Chap

Delicious Cauliflower Steak and beautiful presentation. The flavours were all there. However, I recommend a bigger portion size. Therefore, order some chips on the side or something. There were a few vegan options. I also wanted to try the Tofu satay bao but it could not be made vegan at the time. The gnocchi was no longer on the menu sadly (loved that vegan option).

Nice atmosphere

There is not an overwhelming choice for vegans. The good 4 u dish which is marked as vegan on the menu wasn't. I would highly recommend checking with the servers of what is actually vegan on their menu since I did not trust the labels when my food actually came.

I ordered the popcorn cauliflower which was really nice. Unsure if the sauce it was served with was actually vegan but I felt uncomfortable to ask when the dish came. They wouldn't serve it with a side of plain rice either so I ordered a side of "focaccia" which was literally just bread. The olive oil and balsamic vinegar dip it was served with contained WAY too much oil that I poured most of it out onto the paper.

The gin was really nice and my friend ordered a mocktail which she said was good.

Pros: Popcorn cauliflower

Cons: Expensive for what you get , Not sure their vegan labels are correct

Nice restaurant on the waterfront

They just changed the menu and replaced the jackfruit baos with tofu ones. The cauliflower popcorn was good, and I had the papaya side salad with it which can be made vegan as well. Staff super friendly and helpful.
