Decent avo toast - Edit
The avocado toast was basic but decent, the guacamole tasted a bit like supermarket guac. The coffee was good, the oat milk had an odd vanilla taste to it which wasn't overpowering and was still nice, but we didn't ask for flavoured milk. The staff was friendly and the interior was nice.

Sehr nettes Frühstückslokal - Edit
Die Lage des Lokals ist super. Sehr nah an den Sehenswürdigkeiten und am Fluss. Es gibt einige vegane/vegetarische Optionen. Uns hat es super geschmeckt. Ich hatte das vegane Sandwich und mein Mann den vegetarischen Salat. Lecker für den kleinen Hunger Zwischendurch. Das Personal ist auch sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cafe near the Mezquita with a few vegan option - Edit
Cute cafe within walking distance of the Mezquita and situated along the river. Has indoor and scenic outdoor seating. The menu has one vegan tostada option (guac, tomatos, seeds, and arugula) as well as a few breakfast bowls that can be made vegan with vegan yogurt or milk (for an extra charge). Nice spot for a light bite and a coffee or juice.
