Great banh mis! - Edit
We got the not-so-pork banh mi and the tofu banh mi, both without mayo to make it vegan. The staff are super friendly and kind, and it was easy and straightforward to get the order veganized. The tofu banh mi was a bit plain (they offered us peanut sauce instead of mayo, which we had declined. Next time, we’ll say yes, haha!), but the not-so-pork banh mi was excellent. Would go back!!

I got the fresh spring rolls with not so pork. They were surprisingly filling and very good! also warning the dipping sauces for the spring rolls are not vegan, but they taste great alone!

Banh Mi is great - Edit
Solana is really lacking in interesting vegan food options, and this spot is worth checking out! We’ve gone back a few times for the Banh Mi. They have at least one plant based meat option & it’s really tasty! Great sauce on the meat, yummy pickled veggies, very fresh tasting baguette, and a great serving size. *You do need to request no mayo to make it vegan! They also have good boba drinks with plant-based milk. I believe ramen is an option too, we haven’t tried that yet.
