I was impressed how many vegan or vegetarian options there were!

There were so many choices. From fried tofu to miso soup with added veggies. Not to mention the cuties, pasta dishes and other vegan options!

Pros: Lot’s of dishes you can have with veggies or tofu, Plenty of sushi options, Thai options for veggies with sauces
