There are many temples in Japan where you can eat vegan shojin Ryori, but it’s often very expensive. This chain offers it to a reasonable price. :)
Just make sure to get it without the tororo yamaimo, which has dashi in it. ( fish stock) Usually the staff will ask if you want it as an option or not.
