LOVE that this is all plant-based, no worries about meat or dairy. However, it would be helpful if the menu indicated foods that contain common allergens, especially soy, as most of the meats are soy based.

Partner and I ordered a little too much because everything sounded so good. The fully loaded bagel sandwich was really delicious, everything you'd want in a breakfast sandwich with good balance of sauce and textures. The chicky sando - also good but could have had some fresh stuff on it like lettuce/tomato and less breading maybe. It was kind of too crunchy/dry (same issue with the wings). Tots were delicious and crispy but unnecessary with such a heavy meal. Strawberry matcha drink was sweet and tasty, just a little pricey

I was very impressed with the menu and ambiance of the place. My Sandwich was delish, and I expect to revisit it before leaving the Louisville area. I loved that they had coffee, Cocktails, and 100% Vegan food in one place. You must visit if you're looking for something plant-based in the area!

I'm so happy that Shahar made a comeback and their food is better than ever! They have the perfect sloppy burgers and fries that hit the spot. Even my non-vegan family members have said this is their new favorite restaurant and that the chicken sandwich is perfection.

Shahar is back and better than ever. After the first location closed down and then transitioned to pop-ups, you could most definitely find a long line for their food and with good reason. There are extremely limited vegan options in Louisville so I’m happy they’ve opened a location again. They have burgers, chicken sandwiches, wings, Mac and cheese, and awesome breakfast. They do specials throughout the week like Taco Tuesdays and have different special drink days. Would definitely recommend checking out if in Louisville.

Amazing new addition to the Food Scene - Edit
Wife and mother-in-law have eaten here twice and I've eaten here once. The chicken and Philly sandwiches are amazing! The fries and tots are some of the best I've ever had, not just in Louisville!

I had the "chopped up", which is a bunch of breakfast stuff chopped up and sandwiched in Texas toast. It was tasty and I would love to try more of the menu. They have espresso drinks and a bar too. I am not a big fan of the QR code self ordering thing, especially when some of the items were lacking description.

Huge portions of amazing comfort food. We each got a sandwich and fries after a long drive from PA without anything all day other than snacking on some almonds. We had to split a sandwich... however I was able to gobble down all of the amazing fries!
