We had a green curry and stir-fried veggies which both tasted quite good. The menu doesn't offer big surprises, but good that they have vegan choices - although they're unfortunately not as well labeled as in their old menu. With 95 baht per dish (without rice) a bit more expensive than Thai average.

Nice little restaurant with a creative vegan menu. - Edit
A surprising find in such an out of the way village and the only place I've seen between Pai and Mae Hong Son with truly vegan food.
