Wonderful!!

They offer four delicious vegan options. Two are ceviches and one is a potato dish with a cashew cream sauce and the other is a tofu quinoa rice dish. My ceviche was outstanding as was my husband's tofu quinoa rice!

4 vegan options

We tried three of the four vegan options and they were all great. Really loved the vegan ceviche with tofu!

Pros: Separately listed vegan options , Tofu!, Fresh and delicious

Cons: No vegan dessert
