Not sure if I trust it

I stopped in because this place was listed on happy cow. Unfortunately the guy at the register was not fluent in English and just kept saying 'yes' to each of my questions. "Does your rice contain chicken stock?" "Yes." "Do your beans contain lard?" "Yes" "Does your guacamole contain dairy?" "Yes." "Is your tofu cooked in butter or oil?" "Yes". I couldn't bring myself to order here because I couldn't be positive what was safe for me to order. I hope for the others who rated 4 stars on this place were certain they received vegan food and not deceived into eating chicken stock rice or pork lard beans.

*update: the location I stopped into was in Ketchum, not this one in Hailey but the one in Ketchum is not listed so maybe they have slightly different menus.

So good!!

On vacation in Sun Valley and have ate here three times already! Their veggie burrito menu is awesome. I’ve tried a different burrito each time. The tofu burrito is definitely the best 😋

Pros: Good variety of vegan/can-be-made vegan options , Fast + friendly service , Delicious food!

Peruvian nourishment and Reggae

Best, most reasonably priced vegan food east of Sawtooth.
If you’re in Bellevue, Hailey, Gimlet, Ketchum, or Stanley: this is your place.

Tofu burrito, miso / tofu tacos, salads, homemade salsas to name a few. Came here for breakfast and don’t regret it at all.

Delicious and filling tofu options for cheap!

We found this little gem serving tacos and burritos with tofu. They have all vegan bean options (pinto, black, mixed, and refried); I only tried the pinto, but saw the refried and they looked delicious for no additional cream added in them. The unlimited salsa bar with a ton of options of freshly made pico de gallos and other hot sauces was amazing. Totally give this place a chance, especially in a small town that has so few options for vegans.

Pros: Cheap, Delicious, Fast
