Great vegan option across from Millennium Park - Edit
I always get the herbivore bowl and sub purple rice for the white rice. Alternatively you can build your own bowl. I think all the bases, veggies, and toppings are vegan but it may be wise to ask. The kimchi is vegan! Overall the food is very fresh and filling, and I appreciate having this option by Millennium Park for when I'm sick of SweetGreen.
