I liked how easy & quick Ryo is to order from, the classic edamame / cucumber or avocado rolls are right there for you. It’s not anything extraordinary but it’s one of the only solid vegan options in The Loop, especially that’s open late on a weekday

RYO Sushi is a casual eating establishment with fresh vegan sushi options. I enjoyed the peanut avocado roll and the sweet potato roll. I was disappointed however that the ginger dressing was made with mayonnaise which eliminated the salad option (ginger dressing is always a must if having a salad!)

The peanut and avocado roll was delicious 😋. The futo maki was good too. The veggie udon was a little bland. I would eat here again.

I needed something fast and came across Ryo Sushi and was so impressed! The staff were the sweetest with radiant smiles and the food 🍱 was a great deal for the price. I ordered 3 rolls that were marked as vegetarian on the menu and turned them vegan. They make them fresh and I sled for no egg and it was no problem at all. The atmosphere was surprisingly tranquil. Would come here again

Small place, extensive menu, popular. We had few different sushis and rolls. There would’ve been many other kinds of foods available as well. A lot of vegan/vegetarian items to choose from. Initially we were thinking of just picking up take out but decided to stay when there. Everything we had was delicious.

They did not have the tomato skin tuna when I went, but I had a sweet potato roll and peanut avocado roll and was very satisfied. It was cheap for the area and the service was incredibly friendly, fast, and kind.

It's a simple restaurant but nice decor and good staff. They told me the vegetable udon was genuinely vegetarian, so I ordered it; I could not tell if the broth was vegetarian or not, it probably is though since they said it was. Vegetarian sushi options are simple but plentiful. Bathrooms are highly accessible.

The sushi I had here was really nice: I especially liked their sushi with avocado and nuts! They also have ‘tuna’ made from tomatoes but they were unfortunately out of stock on the day I went!
