The best Vietnamese in town - Edit
The interior is freshly renovated and I really like the dark walls now. I have tried a couple appetizers - the nem chay was nice and crispy, but the goi cuon with deep fried tofu was a bit dull. As for the mains, the dau hu xao ca ri and the dau hu xao rau sot lac were fine. The prices are good, especially for the big portions offered. The service is very friendly and they offer a fortune cookie at the end of the meal. It's not my fave Viet place ever, but I believe that it's the best in Göttingen.

Read moreThere are a lot of vegetarian dishes on the menu, labelled as vegetarian but not as vegan. Many of them are vegan or can be made vegan - Just ask the staff if you are unsere, they'll now what vegan is and what you want. Food was pretty good and i would definitely come back to try some other dishes.

I had the tofu summer rolls and they were tasty and fresh! I will definitely be back to try something else as well. Note that the staff does not speak English and payment is by cash only.

Great food, cozy place, friendly staff - Edit
Menu is available in German and English. Vegetarian options are marked with a V plant but no special marking for vegan so you'll need to check it yourself by looking at the allergen notes which are available for every dish. Some of the staff doesn't know English so we had to point and mimic but it all worked out in the end and the food is absolutely delicious. I heard they changed the menu a few days ago so I might give them another visit soon to check it out!

Best place to eat in Göttingen - Edit
This place is by far our favourite. We come several times a month for the good, inexpensive food and the Vietnamese Youtube on the TV. Usually order the Pho, summer rolls and a jasmin tea, never get sick of this place.
