The taco salad was delicious but the dressing was a little spicy as they warned me. It was a little more salty for my taste but overall it was a good salad with a lot of variety of ingredients.

Great meal in a fun Mall - Edit
There was a brief wait, which was fine. We socialized and looked at the Airstreams in the mall. The ceviche and tacos ( appetizers) were supper tasty and made me want to try making ceviche myself someday. Their kombucha was delightful (I brew it myself, so do I judge it a bit harshly). They were out of a few menu items (also okay). I had the Beets Me Burger which was fantastic! There fries were yummy and deserts were also. Highly recommended!

Seabirds Kitchen is an all-vegan restaurant located inside The LAB. We came on a weekend evening and to our surprise, it wasn't super busy.

I had their Beetroot Burger (claimed to be one of the top 20 veggie burgers in the country) with a side salad, and was very satisfied. The burger had great texture and consistency, and was flavored nicely. I also tried my friend's spicy curry enchiladas, and these were amazing. They were definitely on the spicier end but were oh-so satisfying.
Parking is HARD so you may be better off finding a spot on one of the side streets.
Pros: Great comfort food options
Cons: Really hard to find parking around The Lab

Our first stop when we arrived in Orange County!! It was an awesome little find. We enjoyed a couple of tacos! I loved mine the El Pastor, just a little spicy!! And to put nuts inside was great!! The mushroom taco was almost as yummy!! Then we shared the beet burger!! Aldine!!

One of the highlights of my trip to CA! I got the nachos with the chips substituted for fries (the waitress's recommendation), it was delicious and filling! We also got the waffle desert and it was large enough to share with 4 people. We were there at the end of the night and they gave us all cookies for no extra charge!

Since it was our first visit, it was confusing where it was located. A young gentleman answered our call and gave us directions to several parking locations and the site. Food was really good as we became vegetarian this year love to come back but we have a long drive. The owner was nice enough to listen and talk to us.

I’m a fan of some of their daily specials, so be sure to see what the special of the day is. The weekend special is their brunch menu, which lasts until 2. Honestly I rarely go outside of brunch hours because it’s most of my favorite menu items (aside from the taquitos!); the chipotle florentine is the best!
I’m not a fan of the inside space because the acoustics make it very loud inside and hard to have a conversation, but that may be my personal taste. However the spacious patio more than makes up for it. They have big umbrellas for shade, and gas heaters and blankets for the rare chilly evening.
I’ve never had bad service or a subpar meal here, but be prepared for a bit of a wait depending on when you go. If it’s too long for you, place your order to go and there are spots to hang out in the antimall nearby.
Pros: All housemade ingredients , Seasonal menu and daily specials , Patio is great and dog friendly
Cons: The inside is a bit loud and small, Sometimes a long wait time to be seated.

The food is good for sure. It was not the best vegan burger I have had but without a doubt in the top 20% Fries were really good. Once you get seated service is good. The problem was getting seated.
Read moreIt was less than half full but they still told us we needed to wait 5 mins, then sat us at table 2 steps away from where we were standing. I then noticed them doing the same to two tables that came after us. It is like they wanted to make sure they always have a small line so people outside can notice. I am happy to wait when needed but this felt like it was done on purpose so ruined the impression of this place. Food is still good.

I love the food here and I come back when I’m in town for work. The purple taquitos are amazing. I also love the cauliflower salad and their bowls. Many of their foods are spicy which I love but you may want to check if you’re sensitive to spicy foods.

I'm being good today and eating Vegan. I remember Seagulls when they were on The Great Food Truck Race. Back then you would never catch me eating anything Vegan. I was a fan of The Lime Truck. Times have changed and Vegan food has gotten pretty good.

This is some of the best I've ever eaten. Bring the whole pot and I'll eat it. Service is really good and it was so relaxing on the patio.
