Family ate here recently, and I was tasked to finish the kids menu beans and cheese burrito: ugh, it was sooooo salty that I just had to throw it away. I think it was the type of cheese they had used on top of the sauces which probably already had salt. Too bad.

Vegan for 22 years and I can honestly say that this past Saturday I had one of my best restaurant meals ever! Huge kudos to Seabirds staff for serving such an incredible brunch! The PorQue Maria, the waffle and the chaffle were all perfect. I savored every bite. The four non vegans with us loved it too. All reviews we give are based half on food and half on service, and the service was super: kind, friendly, welcoming.

Whether you're vegan or not, you will love this gem of a restaurant in downtown Long Beach. The staff is incredibly friend;y including Stephanie, the owner. The decor is beautiful & calming. And the food is fresh & delicious. Our first visit was in January & we've averaged twice a week since! I've sent many non-vegan friends there & they all come back raving. I was in Newport Beach for a conference and on a free night did a search and found Seabirds on Happy Cow. The reviews were excellent and I knew I needed to try it. A few carnivores decided to join me and I was worried, as I always am, that they would not have a good experience. Two of us ordered the bibimbap bowl and one person ordered the Brussels sprouts and tomato soup. It was so hard to choose and the tacos looked great but I can never pass up bibimbap. When the bowl arrived, it was beautiful and compact. When I dug in, I could not believe the flavor explosion. The bowl includes brown rice, gomasio, steamed kale, jackfruit, fermented cauliflower, fried kimchi, peanuts, gochujang, ali yolk crema and green onion. I also ordered tofu as an add on. The combination of flavors was amazing. The fried kimchi was a nice addition and provided a little crunch. The bowl was hearty and I could not finish it all. My companions loved their meals too. I tried the Brussels sprouts and can vouch for them.

One of the first vegan restaurants I've ever been to. I've gonna twice now and got the fried avocado tacos and the seabird fries. Their seabird sauce is bomb! And the location is great. We had the enchiladas and they were amazing! For dessert we shared a peach and blueberry crumble with caramel sauce and coconut ice cream. Stupendous! Not fancy, but the food here is phenomenal and the service was very friendly. You gotta try this place. It will be a favorite for you.

Really amazing, imaginative food. Love the open atmosphere. Great selection of craft beers. The "drumsticks" were outrageously creative (made from artichokes!) and seriously divine. I went a little nuts and ordered WAY too much food but it was really hard to decide. And, I had leftovers :) Highly recommend Seabirds.

Seabirds Kitchen has great options such as the brussel sprouts, beet burger, and jackfruit taco. I have had them all at different meals there. My first meal with Seabirds Kitchen was when their food truck was at the OC Fair years ago and I had the most delicious jackfruit taco.

Went to Seabirds with a friend for brunch (have been there a couple of times prior for lunch) and the options were good. I recommend the flax jacks-they were very good! One of the negatives was that there was a surcharge for extra syrup (not a lot was given to begin with). The Lab has never had excellent parking to begin with so keep that in mind when planning to eat there.

I visit here every time I'm in Costa Mesa, which is frequently. They have the absolute best all vegan menu, which changes seasonally. The food is amazing! My favorites are the tacos, locals bowl and purple taquitos. Last time I was there there were queues to get in both for dinner and lunch. The decor is really cool and the staff super friendly. I really wish they would bring back the peach cobbler as it was my favourite dessert.

This place is perfect. Everything I've ever wanted in a restaurant. Everything on the menu is amazing. I come out spending a fortune because I can never just order an entree. They change things often so I never get bored, but they keep the classics. Their grilled cheese is my whole world. The purple taquitos are bomb. The Brussel sprouts make you forget you're eating a vegetable. The strawberry cream cheese scones are completely ridiculous. I literally have dreams about them. The porque Maria (like a vegan monte cristo) on the brunch menu is soooo great. Their pop tarts are awesome, specifically the cinnamon sugar ones. The Chaffle is crazy. I could go on and on. Seabirds is a vegan oasis.
