Bad coustomer experience ever - Edit
My spouse and I have been going to Saravanaabhavan Ilford every month since January 2023. The past five times we attended, we had a negative experience. We frequently order Mango Lassi, 2 Kara Dosa, and Paneer 65. A clump of hair arrived with our order; we spoke with Manager Bharat, and he cleaned up the problem. We believe that everyone makes errors, which is why we haven't posted any reviews or anything since this incident occurred three months ago. The second time around, the staff was extremely incompetent and unpleasant, taking the erroneous order and ignoring our requests for items that never arrived.The same order we placed forty minutes earlier; when we arrived, they merely sat down on the sofa; when a table became available, we took it and called you; after that, they ignored us.They call the last person to arrive and offer a table. The staff at Ranjhita is exceedingly impolite and lacks basic customer service skills. Since their last visit, they haven't shown any regard for customers; I'm not sure who hired someone of that caliber. We made the decision to stop going since I don't think they value their customers or the quality of the cuisine. Poor customer service is there main focus. Drama is merely produced for the sake of providing reviews; nothing more. Anyone visiting this location should prepare for the worst.

Delicious and affordable - Edit
Authentic restaurant with plenty of vegan options labelled on the menu. You have to get the masala dosa- it’s incredible! Portion sizes are great and prices are low. Would definitely recommend but prepare to wait for a table.

Lots of vegan options - Edit
They have revised thier menu recently and have loads of items clearly marked as vegan. They have lots of idli and dosa that are vegan and individual curries and gravies that also are. The thalis are not vegan how ever.

I am addicted to the masala dosa and so far haven’t tried anything else. Things have obviously changed a lot in this restaurant because there are now plenty of vegan options.

Popped in with the other half, figuring that there would be plenty for a couple of vegans in a vegetarian restaurant. But no, the reliance on ghee in this establishment is almost religious. There where only 3 items on the extensive menu that were suitable, and one of those was rice. We walked out.

South Indian crack - Edit
Dosa is addictive, and this is where you go to get your fix. Enormous soft and crispy rice pancake served with traditional sambar and spicy coconut sauces. You can’t go wrong.
