Chocolate croissant was soft and full of chocolate, they had a sandwich selection too.
Lefty bag in the toilet and left, Came back an hour later after realising and owner had kept it safe for me 🥹
Looked to be similar or same food as vegan corner? Which is another cafe 5 minutes away.

On the outside, it looks like a typical café, but inside, you'll find absolute delights.
Read moreThey have lot of burgers, omelettes, quiches, sandwiches, etc that look great, but we went for the sweet treats: Catalan cream, regular cream or chocolate-filled xuxos (the best!!!), choco-filled berlina, pistachio pain suisse (amazing!)... everything was delicious! And you can also get it to take away.
They also have a variety of barista plant-based milks and the coffee was very good.
We were with non-vegans and they loved everything. Can't wait to go back and try all the vegan salty options (and have another xuxo for dessert... yummy!).
Pros: Delicious pastrie (xuxo, pain suisse...), Good coffee, Comfortable space and outdoor seating

Was on a late night out and hungry and this place popped up for me. Stopped in for an iced chai latte, donut, and pastry. Everything was mega fine; sugar and fat; yum.

Such a lovely spot! Some outside seating where you can enjoy the weather, there was even a band playing in the square when I was there. The lady at the counter was very friendly and seems like a very chill place. The tortilla was great and the Nutella croissant was fantastic (but very messy!)

Just a really nice guy. Been there 3 times now. It does take a while while he serves, but he's singing and humming! Amazing food. The ring choc douvhnut is astounding. We also had takeaway.

Wonderful local vegan cafe - Edit
Nestled in the middle of the gothic quarter, this vegan cafe is a delight to visit. The food is delicious, in particular the croissants and focaccia. It's also incredibly affordable and open all day which was so convenient as we were based nearby. The pistachio croissant is particularly tasty but all the food was just great, homemade local delights.

The pastries here are fantastic and the food as well. So glad I got to try vegan tortilla and croquetas while in Spain. My only regret is that we didn’t go back to get more before we left. The outdoor seating in Plaça de George Orwell is also a bonus.

Santa Vegana is an adorable little restaurant in a buzzy neighbourhood in the heart of Barcelona. I was dying for a quick great lunch after a morning at the seaside and I wasn’t disappointed. Great friendly service and awesome tasty food with decent price tags.
