Small, local coffee shop that offers coffee, tea, smoothies, and pastries. Plant milks available for drinks. Open Mon-Fri 7:00am-7:00pm, Sat 7:30am-7:00pm, Sun 8:00am-6:00pm.
Had oat milk, soy milk, coconut milk, and almond milk! Additionally had oat milk in a self serve container like many coffee shops do with half and half (they had half and half too)
Only thing that i thought needed improvement was the bites to eat. there was a small display of vegan cookies (i think by a local vegan/gf cookie brand) that was mostly empty But all of the large display with cakes and otherwise contained animal products.
I've come occasionally when in town for many years now. Always friendly. Gluten-free options (and they've got a big binder of ingredients so things can be double-checked).
My friend and I came here to catch up after work one evening. Gui was our server and he was super friendly and knowledgable about the menu options at the shop.
Being plant based, I asked him a few questions about some of the ingredients used in their teas to determine what was vegan friendly. With his help, I ended up getting a guava smoothie ($4 for 12oz), which uses a guava nectar and traditionally ice cream, ice, and milk to blend.
He went out of his way to grab the packaging for the guava and we both made sure it was vegan friendly. Additionally, he willingly subbed out for oat milk by letting his team now and held on the whip without me even asking. I truly felt like I was being accommodated without even needing to ask for more.
My guava smoothie was wonderful and it was made better knowing that the team cared for what ingredients were used that fit my diet. I appreciate that because a lot of other places wouldn't go out of their way with this level of service.
