Great sandwiches and variety of foodstuffs - Edit
Great variety of specialized vegan products not found at conventional whole foods stores. However, the sandwiches steal the show here. The clerk takes his time meticulously preparing every layer of the sandwich, some of which are cooked. The result is a flavorful and plentiful meal.

Really great vegan gluten free options - Edit
I was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance a few months ago, and it's hard to find gluten free vegetarian stuff, but this place has a ton of really great options. Fancy vegan cheeses for really good prices too.

Yummy Hard To Find Vegan Foods! - Edit
I was so excited to check out this all vegan market! They have Big Franks which are my all time favorite vegan hot dogs from when I was a little girl in Santa Cruz! Lots of vegan options! Delicious deli 😀

This is a great little place but there’s a few problems. Sometimes there’s expired food in the fridge area. There could also be more variety because I always see the same stuff in there month to month. And sandwiches are either a hit or a miss when you order them. One time the girl slathered mine in mustard - it was inedible.

I love this shop and the owner Sonny is the nicest man ever. I travel from 20 miles away to come find my favorites, nomad cheese, cena carne asada, vegan jerky, be leaf bacon and eggs. I can go on and on. Come here to find all the goodies that the big grocery stores don’t carry.

We went there and the guy working could only make a BLT one way..., like you couldn’t even choose tempeh or setian. Waste of time coming here. One of the sandwich’s is a grilled cheese.... you can’t make a grilled cheese? We drive 20 min because we wanted a yummy deli sandwich, this place needs to get it together. Such a disappointment. Why would you have someone working alone that doesn’t know how to make anything? Such a weird experience

Small hole in the wall market in small strip mall - worth every penny - Edit
Desperate for breakfast anything while on the road (HappyCow peeps get it is hard to find breakfast) I found this on the app, vegan filter. Confused by the hours on the app, I called ahead. Got a “just egg” and fakin bacon sandwich on pretzel roll that if forced to, I could live off of for every meal. The market is stocked with creative strictly vegan , great find!

Sunny is extremely friendly and operates a much needed business in the San Diego Vegan community. A 100% vegan convenience store plus deli. This is the establishment I wouldn't dare dream into existence way back in 2002 when I first became vegan.

This market has everything a vegan could ever dream of. Although their prices are usually high I have so much fun going in to see what new things are on the market. It's a great stop when I come for the vegan bistro in this lot or when I swing by for vegan donuts next door. Also it's a small business so it is nice to support the local vegan community, and hopefully one day they will be able to expand!

If you are looking for vegan goodies that you are not likely to find elsewhere, look no further! I've found some really delicious specialty items here that I really can't find even at Whole Foods. The deli is fantastic, and Sunny, the owner, is sooo friendly! They have pretty good soft serve, lots of vegan ice creams, t-shirts, frozen food, and the BEST snacks. I always leave with something new and delicious to eat. Come here to support a local family business ❤

It's nice to have a store nearby where you can get anything you want all in one place. Instead of running around to half a dozen stores in San Diego, just stop by the store and pick up anything you need. There is also a large number of exclusive items too

From the kitchen, I ordered the English Muffin, or a piece of seasoned tofu and vegan cheese on an English muffin.
Very tasty!
I bought a few local products including a great vegan nacho cheese made from potatoes and carrots. Delicious.
Recommended.

Went in to get sandwiches (all vegan!), we got the Turkey club and philly chz steak. They were both really good! After eating we explored all the vegan products they had in their little grocery store. They have all the best vegan junk food you could ever want from field roast corn dogs, gourmet vegan cheeses to a vegan soft serve ice cream machine.
