L💚VE 🥰 We had been in the mountains & stopped over for lunch in Domodossola & thanks to happy cow & all the reviews we found this place 🥰 Yay!! Honestly so lovely, wish this place was in my local town 🤩💛🦄 My husband had a vegan carbonara & i had a legume soup of the day ✨ then vegan chocolate desserts! Just yum yum yum all around 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 happy to have stopped by & eaten here ☮️🍀🌿🏡💛🌈

Great rarity to find fully vegan place in this area. Menu of the day had three options. As others have mentioned, portions on small side but moderately priced. Staff very welcoming. Pleasant location on bustling piazza with interesting architecture.

Vegan bistro with cozy atmosphere. The menu of the day was very good, food is earthy and lovely. Not very big so probably better to book in advance. Only down side: they keep the door open but It was freezing cold, i wasnt even able to take off my jacket.

It's very difficult to be vegan in northern Italy, so this place in Domodossola is a real treat. The food and the selection of wine by the glass, are very good.

Surprised to find a 100% plant-based place in this area! Even better that everything is homemade and organic. It was a little disappointing that the kitchen was closed after three, but two foccacias each and a nice chocolate cake was already very lovely. The choice of music was interesting ... I'm a barbie girl to experimental techno back to oppan gangnam style ... but that didn't spoil our cosy valentines dinner. Curious to come back one day for the full menu that looked lovely!

We were there in the evening wich was a bit sad because they just serve focaccia and toasts for dinner. The menu looked very cute and the dishes for lunch very nice. The toasts were okay but nothing special.

Vegan gem right in the middle of town - Edit
Unfortunately I came before the kitchen was open and I could only try their toasts. Both were excellent, very tasty and 100% vegan (like everything else). The only thing the toasts might a little pricey for the size. Overall it’s great to have a yummy vegan restaurant in such a wonderful location.

Superb location for lunch - Edit
The place is situated at a picturesque square. They have a terrace and place inside. The menu is fully vegan and organic as well. The physical menu contains nice sayings that promote veganism 👍🏼. The menu is only in Italian, so we had issues with reading it, but the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Read moreThe adjacent terrace next to the place plays popdance music and turn up the volume up when they have guests. It can make it noisy and not a good place for a peaceful sit.
We had a croissant which was decent and filled focaccias which was pretty okay. It was not spectacular but nonetheless pretty good.
What could be improved on:
- Adjacent terrace is a bit too loud
- the bottom of the cheesecake has a little sandy structure. a crunchy bottom would improve it
- the bill does not show what you bought. This should be improved on. In the mean time it would be nice if staff told what they billed. Unfortunately they did not.
- they have an empty can of a traditional Dutch sweet Haagsche Hopjes as decoration. They could remove it, as the sweet itself is not vegan.

A Hidden Gem for Delicious Vegan Delights - Edit
Sali e pistacchi is hands down my favorite place! I often go there for a delicious snack, and sometimes for lunch. The ingredients are always fresh, and its central location is really convenient. I love that you can dine outdoors, especially on sunny days. Even my non-vegan friends and family members have been pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of the food, despite their initial skepticism. I’m really happy to have discovered this place!

Food seems nice. Was not able to try it because you can’t eat here after lunchtime. The toast I got was ok, all other stuff too. The staff was partly unfriendly and rude, makes fun of guests when they think they don’t understand Italian. Overall disappointing.
