This small restaurant is owned and operated by a single very talented chef, who makes everything himself.

The menu switches every month, and there are only 2 options; the vegan or vegetarian 5-course meal.
The vegan option was perhaps the best meal I have gotten in years.

I have really come to appreciate this gem, after initially going for a birthday dinner, we have been back a number of times and I cant stop falling in love. Not only with Manuel, but the concept, the vibe, and yes the food... It makes me want to pause and savour every moment.
Read moreOnce you break down the expectation of a traditional restaurant of 50 dishes, fast service that wants the table for the next person...etc. It might not be a place to go every week, but I wish there were more places where I dont have to negotiate what I want.
Here I can simply trust the chef to serve great food (within some guidelines asked at the beginning) that will make me think about how the hell he does it, and for a very reasonable price.
I cant express how much care is given to serve those that spend time here, it honestly amazes me every time.

The best vegan food we have had in Malaga. Manuel provides a set lunch of three savoury courses. He cooks it in the kitchen at the end of the Sala and when he brings it to your table he talks through all the ingredients. Everything is cooked on the premises from fresh ingredients with a zero waste philosophy backing up all he does. The food is utterly delicious and he even offers you a dessert. Highly recommended..

The most delicious meal made with Love - Edit
We booked a meal here for the last day of our holiday as a treat and it was everything we hoped and more. Manuel is both host and chef and treats each guest as a friend and introduces the food with care and tenderness, in each bits we can taste every ingredient and the harmonys were perfect. We felt relaxed and cared for all the while each plate that was brought out was delicious,thoughtful and we already have made a plan to return without a doubt. #Veganuary
