Yummy vegan options and extensive vegan menu

I was informed by another fellow vegan that Huntington Ramen closed and moved to this location inside a hotel. As previously a fan of Huntington, we are curious about the new place. We think this place is 100% better than the old place.

The vegan menu may have expanded. There are 24 different vegan appetizers and salads, 18 different kinds of rolled vegan sushi, 6 different kinds of vegan hand roll sushi, 6 different kinds of vegan ramen and 3 options for vegan desserts. It is 5 pages of vegan goodness.

We ordered our fav Vegan Tiger, Vegan Inferno, and Crispy Rice with vegan tuna on top. The food is still yummy. The place is clean and classy. Love the booths.

We will be back for more.

Pros: Extensive vegan options, Tasty and Authentic , Ample parking

Best Vegan ramen & sushi

Sakura used to be Huntington Ramen in Fullerton. Their vegan menu is the same and ever growing. We have loved everything we’ve ever ordered both here and back at the old location. The hellfire ramen is incredible for those that enjoy spicy foods. A few more of our favorites are the spicy tuna on crispy rice, spicy crunch roll, and jalapeño bomb. They also have a vegan tempura banana for dessert besides the complimentary vegan matcha ice cream. Don’t be discouraged by the restaurant being inside of a hotel, this restaurant is a must try. You can also check in to the waiting list on Yelp before you arrive to shorten your wait time to be seated during busier times.

Pros: an entirely separate vegan menu, Vegan desserts , Comfortable seating

Cons: Inside of a hotel, Can get busy
