I eat at Saigon a lot and everytime order the vegetarian (vegan) salad which is full of chopped basil, cabbage, cucumbers, carrots, crispy onions, and crumbled peanuts with a rice vinegar dressing. I also order the vegan pho which is outstanding and chocked full of veggies, herbs, sprouts, and noodles. The staff is super friendly.
Pros: Delicious food!, Kind staff, Great place to meet friends
