For breakfast the chia seed oatmeal (omit honey) and breakfast porridge (omit honey) both are made with almond milk. Gluten-free options. Has peanut butter and jelly wrap for the kids. A little supplement store is attached selling vegan protein supplements, organic beer and wine, and there's an aromatherapy table. Open Mon 8:00am-6:00pm, Tue-Sat 8:00am-4:00pm, Sun 9:00am-2:00pm.

I had a hot shot and the matcha smoothie. they were awesome! cool store design too with essential oils and a tea bar. I didnt try the food items they have.

If you ever need to balance out a night of heavy eating— this is your morning spot the next day. Fresh pressed clean juices, a green with so many good veggies, a red that includes beets and an orange with carrot juice. The Hot Shots are so addicting you’ll want one every day!! The lunches (wraps and salads) are so good and fresh- the smoothies can omit anything non vegan and they’re very happy to switch to something plant based, super welcoming and helpful. Love this place!!
