Another San Jose del Cabo success - Edit
This is our third restaurant found on Happy Cow with vegan options. Set in a beautiful courtyard, this restaurant has a few vegan options that are very tasty, unique and well prepared. The alcoholic drinks were also unique. Excellent ambience in a quiet setting in the main city area of San Jose. Thank you, Happy Cow!

Delicious Vegan options - Edit
The food and service was excellent. We had three vegan options to choose from. Two appetizers and one entree. Plus a vegan chocolate moose!

A wonderful oasis in a desert of vegan food options - Edit
We were beginning to lose hope of eating out in San Jose del Cabo since the one vegan restaurant closed and many vegan-friendly restaurants were closed for the season. The few that were left did not seem to differentiate between vegetarian, GF and vegan. Not so with Sage Baja. They clearly list their vegan options and the staff is very knowledgeable. The two salads and our truffle pasta were outstanding. I also enjoyed my sparkling wine. After many days of disappointing meals in the Cabo area, Sage was a wonderful find. Everything was perfect from the venue, to the staff to the inspired food choices. I will happily return.
